In 2008 we moved our family from Southern California to Whidbey Island and made Freeland our forever home. Facing the vast difference of pace was a big change for us all, but it has been a true blessing. I’ve been in real estate for the past 17 years, and it is a career that has led me to feel as if I have a purpose. I started as a Broker’s Assistant, followed with a Relocation Specialist, and finally into Property Management. Property Management is where my passion lies. It allows me to assist owners find quality long term tenants and tenants find quality homes. It is truly a satisfying feeling knowing both owner and tenant are happy! I’m always open to help with owner or tenant questions and sometimes to just lend a helping hand when needed. I have been lucky to be surrounded and guided by the top professionals in real estate and property management which has allowed me to become the professional that I am today. In January 2020 I became the President of the National Association of Real Estate Property Managers for the Snohomish County Chapter. Being a member of NARPM holds its members to a higher standard of operation, honesty and integrity. Windermere has been a great fit for me, and I am happy to be working with true professionals.
In 2019 Sarah graduated from University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Visual Journalism and a minor in English. Ever since, she's been in the customer service industry and adores making people happy. Sarah moved to the island from Northern California in 2020 and has fallen in love with the environment and the people living in it. She and her fiancé have found their niche in Langley where the rabbits roam and the trees grow tall. It reminds her of her hometown with its small, tight-knit community and lush green woods. As the new Tenant Liaison, Sarah is the first point of contact for all our current and potential tenants. She strives to help you make Whidbey your home, just like she did.
