Paula Peters - Property Manager | Broker | REALTOR®

In 2008 we moved our family from Southern California to Whidbey Island and made Freeland our forever home. Facing the vast difference of pace was a big change for us all, but it has been a true blessing. I’ve been in real estate for the past 21years as I started my career as a Broker’s Assistant, followed with a Relocation Specialist, and finally into Property Management. Property Management is where my passion lies. It allows me to assist owners find quality long term tenants and tenants find their island home. It is truly a satisfying feeling knowing both owner and tenant are happy! I’m always open to help with owner or tenant questions and sometimes to just lend a helping hand when needed. I have been lucky to be surrounded and guided by the top professionals in real estate and property management which has allowed me to become the professional that I am today. I currently hold the President Elect position for 2026 with the National Association of Residential Property Managers King County Chapter. NARPM holds its members to a higher standard of operation, honesty, and integrity. Windermere has been a great fit for me, and I am happy to be working with true professionals.

Joseph Mosolino - Owner and Managing Broker

Upon arriving on Whidbey Island in the fall of 1997 Joe knew he and his family would be staying a long time…there was so much to see and do that a couple of years would not be enough! The Mosolinos bought their home through the Oak Harbor Windermere Real Estate office and that experience was so warm and wonderful that Joe knew his entry into real estate would only be with Windermere. Joe joined Windermere Real Estate in Oak Harbor, WA in June of 1998. He came with a BA degree in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Rhode Island in 1994 and a MA degree in Public Administration from the University of Maryland Systems/Bowie State in 1997. He has been very active with the state and local Realtor® associations and was Realtor of the Year for NPSAR2003 and NPSAR Presidents Award 2004. Whidbey Island has a very vibrant and active community and Joe has joined the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Island County and the Boys & Girls Club of Island County and is past president of the Oak Harbor Chapter of the Navy League.

Gabby Sutton- Tenant Liaison

Gabby arrived at Windermere Property Management with many years of customer service experience.  Gabby spent time working as an aid to special needs adults living and working on Whidbey Island helping them to navigate new life experiences, day to day tasks and independent living.   As a south end community member Gabby has a passion for helping people find their island home!  Gabby’s favorite pastime is watching her twin sons play Varsity football at South Whidbey High School and now looks forward to their graduation the June 2025.  We welcome Gabby as our trusted Tenant Liaison and it won’t be hard to find her as she always has a positive attitude, a willingness to help and her great big smile!

Heidi Call - Administrative Assistant

As a Whidbey Island Native Heidi Call is a born and raised Island girl who has spent half of her time on the south end of the island and the other half on the Northend.   In 2022 Heidi returned to Langley after buying her family homestead where she enjoys spending her free time working outdoors and being a mom to her two boys.  Heidi comes to Windermere Property Management South Whidbey with many years of property management experience specializing in low-income housing and working in Social Services.  Heidi has a passion for helping her community and currently serves on the board for her community water system.
